Cancellation policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing an order. If production has begun, there may be a restocking charge. EVBlinds.com will not refund any money or issue any credits for a credit card purchase if the cancellation or change occurs beyond 24 hours.

Return Policy
Due to the fact that each blind in individually made to order, all purchases are final, and returns are only given for products that are defective.

Color Accuracy
Due to color variations in monitors and/or video cards, actual colors may vary. In addition, colors vary between 2" and 2 1/2" blind sizes. If an exact color match is required, please request a sample of a specific size and color prior to ordering. Color may vary from samples beacuse of different dye lots. We suggest that you order all blinds of a given color and size at one time.
