| Frequently Asked
Questions How do I
clean my new window treatments?
Keep your window treatments looking great with frequent
cleaning. Use a vacuum cleaner soft brush attachment
or a soft cloth all window treatments. A damp cloth
can be used on metal blinds occasionally only if absolutely
necessary. Never use water on other treatments. If
draperies require additional cleaning, we recommend
dry cleaning only. Do not use liquids of any type
on fabric.
What if I need to have my
new window treatments repaired? Is there a warranty?
Customer receipt is verification of limited lifetime
guarantee on headrail and components only. Our blinds
are warranted against and only against defects in
materials and workmanship for five years. This warranty
does not cover claims that any such components are
defective as a result of excessive sunlight, fire,
wind, hail, flood, lightening, intentional acts, accidents,
negligence or exposure to harmful chemicals or pollutants.
This warranty does not cover removal, installation
or reinstallation of our products.
