The BEST surprise! What an amazing experience we had with Ed and his team. We contacted Ed for window coverings and he came to our house on Wed. Before he left we had the quote for the job. We didn’t have to wait for an email or phone call days later. Ed is the owner and took his time to explain the different shutters/shades. He was very thorough and personable. He called me Thursday evening to tell me that they would be coming Fri morning to install. What?’ That’s insane. At first we thought it would take weeks or even months to get them. After Ed left Wed we knew it would be within the next week or so and we were very pleased at that turn around. BUT he did even better. We have a newly built, brand new home and he did ALL the windows Fri in a couple hours. The entire process was a 48 hour turn around from meeting him Wed to completely installed by Fri early afternoon. And we were pleasantly surprised by the cost and the quality of his products. He has a designers eye so his suggestions were perfect for our contemporary style home. He is very meticulous and ensured that the fabric, color and style were perfect. He personally helped install the blinds. EV was able to span a huge window without bowing in the middle. He ensured all the slider blinds did not touch the baseboards for a perfect fit. We just had installed the motorized shade treatment on our lanai and plantation shutters in the bedrooms at our condo on Sanibel Island. Everything looks very nice. The motorized shades work in unison or independently and can be stopped in partially blocked or totally blocked positions anywhere up or down. The custom shutters fit our windows beautifully. The product is excellent and the service is first class. The owner personally measured and made adjustments to fit our particular windows. Because the products are assembled from start to finish at their factory here in Florida, the total delivery time was within a couple of days. Aproximately one week from when I originally called, the old blinds were down and gone and the new blinds were up and working perfectly. I would definitely recommend them.
